What is Ressio?
Ressio is a project-management platform purpose-built for residential custom-home construction. It combines schedule, budget, daily logs, photos, RFIs, selections, change orders, and document storage in one workspace that the builder and the owner share. iLevel has used Ressio as our operating system on every project since adopting it; it is now central to how we work.
Do I have to be technical to use Ressio?
No. The owner-side view is intentionally simple. Most owners log in once or twice a week to see the latest schedule, look at recent site photos, and review any decisions that need their input. The complex operational side of Ressio is on the iLevel team, not the owner.
What if I want more contact than a weekly Zoom?
Just say so during the kickoff. The standing weekly cadence is the baseline; we adjust it to match what each owner actually wants. Some owners want a Friday photo dump in addition to the Zoom. Some want a quick Monday status text. Some prefer to disengage between major milestones. Every cadence is fine; the only thing we do not do is go silent.
How does iLevel handle change orders inside Ressio?
Every change order is created in Ressio with a written scope description, a cost impact, a schedule impact, and a clear owner approval step. Nothing gets billed against a change order until the owner has approved it in Ressio. The audit trail is permanent, which protects both the owner and iLevel from later disputes about who agreed to what.
What happens if our project manager is out sick or on vacation?
The work does not stop and neither does your access.
