From Vision to Reality
At iLevel Construction, we bring transparency at every stage, quality you can see and feel, thoughtful pre-planning and a stress-free process to every build.
Step 1: Share Your Vision
Call us and tell us about your project. We’ll discuss your ideas, needs, and goals.
Step 2: Site Visit & Budget Estimate
Next we will go and look at your lot, or the lot you are thinking of purchasing. We will asses lot layout and plans. With this info we will present to you a rough budget estimate.
Step 3: Pre-construction Planning
If this budget is out of line we will talk about what can be done to make it work. If the budget number meets your expectations, the next step is our pre-construction process. We ask for 1% of the budget for this step as it is quite involved.

- Creating a site plan
- Guiding you through selections
- Meeting with plumbers & electricians
- Estimating materials and labor costs
- Designing trusses and septic systems
- Building a realistic schedule

Step 4: Final Review & Next Steps
At this stage, your full build package is ready. If you decide not to move forward, all the information remains yours. If you’re ready to go, awesome! Sit back, relax, and enjoy the build experience.
