Next, we’ll visit your lot or the property you're considering. Based on this, we’ll present a rough budget number. If it’s not aligning with your expectations, we’ll discuss adjustments to make it work for you.

Pre-Construction Planning

At this stage, your full build package is ready. If you decide not to move forward, all the information remains yours. If you’re ready to go, awesome! Sit back, relax, and enjoy the build process.
